Plate 02 · Inventory review
Procurement and distribution leads walk the floor weekly, validating reorder triggers against actual on-hand and confirming SKU eligibility before the next purchase order leaves.
Plate 03 · Operating floor
The operating floor runs three lanes in parallel — receiving, picking for retail, and outbound staging. Records leads pull transfer references off the same scans the picking lane generates.
